Within the framework of the project “Development of a novel type of air-quality measuring instrument for real-time monitoring of the degree of aerosol hazard” (identifier: GOP-1.1.1-11-2012-0114) a photoacoustic instrument was developed which is capable of monitoring the chemical and toxicological properties of aerosol in real time via measuring the wavelength dependent aerosol optical absorption.
